I joined the real estate industry after 8 years in the telecommunication field as a fiber technician. There I learned customer service skills, I learned how to listen to the customer. And if I can't resolve the issues or if I don't have the answer to their question, I will do what it takes to resolve the issue or have the answer to their question.
